STRATEGIC PLANT LOCATION
The 70°F Koffie factory is located in the Jimbaran area, precisely at Jalan Parigata No. 708 Unud Campus – Jimbaran, Bali. It has a very strategic location, because in addition to having only 15 minutes travel time from Ngurah Rai International Airport, Jimbaran itself is a travelers’ destination with local industries that are visited by many tourists.
Plantation
At present, PT Subumi Inti Perkasa manages 375 hectares of coffee plantations in Kintamani and Pupuan areas. They function as a raw material barn for 70°F Koffie. Field work of the plantation is done by local coffee farmers. By managing our own plantation, all coffee beans shipped to the factory can be controlled to ensure its product quality.
Production Machines
In the processing of coffee beans, 70°F Koffie uses automated production machines that are handled by experienced personnel. In order to maintain product quality, the handling of the roasting process for each type of coffee bean is also adjusted accordingly. That includes special handling requirements such as temperature and length of time required in the roasting process. By putting special attention to this, we are able to produce the perfectly roasted coffee with a good aroma, acidity, body and flavor.
FRESHLY ROASTED
One of the specialities of our products is that they are all freshly roasted. Aside from a thorough quality selection process, 70°F Koffie also have a high sales turnover. With this, we can make the frying process daily or even immediately when we receive big orders, thus the content of the coffee aroma is still fresh when customers receive it.
HYGIENE
Another effort to maintain its product quality is by properly maintaining the factory’s hygiene. A hygienic production process will prevent the product from contamination that can damage its quality, taste and aroma. In addition to a sanitation and hygiene system that is constantly implemented in the factory’s spaces, each worker is also disciplined to use standard hygienic equipment, such as masks and gloves during production.
